Order Processing and Cancellation
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will begin processing on the following Monday. All packages include tracking and require signature confirmation upon delivery. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
If you've made an error in your shipping address or order, please email us immediately at email@example.com to make amendments to your order.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
In the event that an existing product is sold out, we may release a backorder. For orders with regular products, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Kindly note that if you have purchased item(s) on backorder, they will only be dispatched during the stipulated estimated date of arrival. All backorder purchases will be followed up with updates on arrival and delivery.
We will also update the backorder status on the product description.
Local delivery (Singapore): 3 - 5 working days
Free shipping for orders above $50.
For orders below $50, a $5 delivery fee is charged.
International delivery (Malaysia): 3 - 5 working days
Free shipping for orders above $100.
For orders below $100, a $5 delivery fee is charged.
International delivery (Asia and the Pacific, excluding Australia, Japan and New Zealand): 5 - 7 working days
Free shipping for orders above $250.
For orders below $250, a $15 delivery fee is charged.
International delivery (Rest of the World): 7 - 15 working days
Free shipping for orders above $300.
For orders below $300, a $35 delivery fee is charged.
Customs, duties & taxes
Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
We want you to love the products you've purchased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase (for local orders) & 30 days of purchase (for overseas orders) to arrange for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Kindly note that each order is valid for a one-time exchange only.

Once your return request has been approved, kindly arrange to return your item(s) together with the return form sent to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are recommended to use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will send you an email to notify you once we've received your return package. We will also inspect and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will credited to your account within 5 working days. Your store credit will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. Please note that store credits are non-exchangeable for cash and is only valid for use on our website only.
We apologize if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. Proof of incorrect or damaged product may be required to process this request. Please note that the incorrect or damaged product should be returned to us in the same condition that you received it.
